Great family stay!

We had a cool time here! Rooms were comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved how clean everything was. Plus, the location is fab for hitting up spots like Shibuya and Akihabara. Just a heads up, the rooms can be a bit small, especially the double compared to the twins.

My stay was amazing, especially the modern bathroom amenities and the reliable housekeeping. I loved the rooftop indoor bath with stunning views. Free fruit drinks at check-in made it extra special!

Fantastic location! Only a short walk from Gotanda station. The room was small but had three beds, and was crystal clean! They even had free drinks available! It made the mornings so much smoother. We enjoyed the onsen facilities – it was a perfect way to unwind after a long day discovering everything. The staff spoke English and made us feel welcome, really helpful during our stay.

The price was a bit on the higher side but I guess you pay for convenience.

i absolutely loved my stay at mitsui garden hotel! the location is perfect, just a short walk from the gotanda train station, making it super easy to explore. the moderate queen room was cozy and well-kept every day. the rooftop bath was a nice touch too! i really appreciated how quickly they helped us when we had a minor toilet issue. highly recommend this place!
